Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive professional to join our team as a Lead Generation & Outreach Specialist. This role is pivotal in identifying new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and driving strategic partnerships in the fintech, payment, and blockchain industries. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, tech-savvy, and deeply embedded in the web3 and web2.5 ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and qualify new business opportunities by actively generating leads. Engage in proactive outreach via cold Twitter DMs, LinkedIn messaging, and participation in relevant Telegram channels.
- Networking & Community Engagement: Be chronically online to monitor industry trends, VC activities, and competitor updates. Leverage personal and professional networks to create introductions to fintech, payment, and blockchain companies/projects.
- Presentations & Demos: Develop and deliver compelling presentations/demos, articulating the value of our confidentiality layer and technical advantages using TEE and FHE.
- Account Management: Cultivate relationships with key accounts, follow up with leads, and help convert partnerships.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor and analyze industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging opportunities in both web 2.5 and web3 landscapes. Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams to ensure alignment with market demands.
- Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with the startup leadership and cross-functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute go-to-market initiatives. Track outreach efforts, maintain detailed CRM records, and report regularly on pipeline progress and conversion metrics.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in lead generation, business development, or sales within the fintech, blockchain, or tech industry.
- Strong familiarity with web3, blockchain technologies, and the broader fintech ecosystem.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
- Highly proactive and comfortable with cold outreach via social media platforms like Twitter, LinkedIn, and Telegram.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Strong analytical skills to monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Experience with CRM tools and pipeline management.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
