We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive market expansion and strategic partnerships within the Web3 ecosystem. This role focuses on stablecoins, wallet solutions, and broader blockchain adoption, requiring a blend of strategic thinking, relationship-building, and execution excellence.
Key Responsibilities
  • Market Expansion: Identify, evaluate, and execute new business opportunities within the Web3 ecosystem, with a focus on stablecoins and wallet solutions.
  • Geographic & Vertical Growth: Drive expansion by targeting new user segments and strategic regions through tailored outreach.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and nurture relationships with crypto exchanges, DeFi protocols, Web3 wallets, and blockchain projects.
  • Partnership Leadership: Represent the company in negotiations to secure win-win outcomes with partners.
Client Engagement
  • Manage the full business development lifecycle, from initial outreach to deal closure and long-term relationship maintenance.
  • Lead partnership agreements to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them on product adoption and integration.
Product Promotion & Advocacy
  • Collaborate with marketing to design go-to-market strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Attend industry events to enhance brand visibility and network with key stakeholders.
  • Engage with the blockchain community to foster collaborations and identify opportunities.
Strategic Development
  • Contribute to business strategies aligned with company goals and market trends.
