Key Responsibilities
- Agent Acquisition: Develop and onboard new agents in target markets to expand our partner network
- Social Media Management: Create compelling content and manage social media channels in target markets
- Relationship Management: Build long-term partnerships to enhance agent loyalty, trading volume, and activity
- Market Expansion: Analyze industry trends and identify potential partners to broaden market reach
- Performance Growth: Drive agent trading volume growth with attractive bonus incentives for exceeding targets
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and customer service teams to optimize agent support
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in exchange business development (candidates with existing resources preferred)
- Strong client development and relationship management skills with market insight
- Excellent negotiation abilities and business acumen
- Results-driven mindset with motivation to achieve high performance targets
- Fluent Chinese proficiency (written & spoken) for effective team and client communication
