Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Business Cooperation Development: Proactively explore potential business opportunities with blockchain projects, investment institutions, technology teams, and media. Develop strategies to establish long-term partnerships.
• Collaborative Project Management: Oversee the entire process of business collaborations, from research and negotiation to implementation and follow-up. Ensure projects progress smoothly and optimize future models.
• Event Business Expansion: Design cooperation models for events (summits, Demo Days, VIP dinners) to attract sponsors, partners, and KOLs. Work with the event team to maximize partner exposure.
• Brand Strategy Support: Provide branding suggestions and co-create promotional activities to boost project influence. Collaborate with marketing on communication plans.
• Maintenance of Cooperative Relationships: Regularly engage with partners to track progress and strengthen ties. Foster a positive brand image for future collaborations.

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in marketing, business management, blockchain, or related fields.
• Experience: 1+ years in business development or strategic cooperation, with Web3/blockchain experience preferred. Proven success in cross-industry partnerships is a plus.
• Skills:
  • Strong business negotiation and partner management abilities.
  • Resource integration and network-building expertise.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese; multilingual candidates prioritized.
• Personality: Outgoing, resilient, and adept at problem-solving in dynamic environments. Self-driven with rapid learning agility.
• Industry Knowledge: Deep interest in blockchain, DAO, and Web3 ecosystems. Familiarity with decentralized governance concepts is advantageous.
• Flexibility: Willingness to travel for events and adapt to remote, cross-time-zone work.

Bonus Qualifications

• Extensive Web3 industry networks (e.g., KOLs, investors, developers).
• Hands-on DAO or decentralized community experience.
• Technical familiarity with smart contracts, NFTs, or DeFi.
