Job Description
The BD Lead (Investment & Financing + Ecosystem Channels | Web3 · AI Agent) is a key business leadership role with potential for partnership growth. This position primarily operates in English, with remote work as the main arrangement, occasional in-person meetings in Hong Kong, and the option to be based in Dubai. Business travel to the Middle East, Southeast Asia, or South America may be required. The core focus is on VC financing connections, KOL and agent collaborations, driving successful fundraising, and accelerating platform user growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Fundraising Expansion: Engage with global Web3 VCs and industrial capital, negotiate and facilitate financing deals end-to-end, and build a robust investor network.
- Channel Development: Recruit global agents, IBs, and project partners to establish an agency system, rapidly expanding user base and revenue.
- KOL Ecosystem Collaboration: Partner with top-tier KOLs, community leaders, and industry media to drive traffic co-marketing and brand-driven customer acquisition.
- Client Management & Growth: Maintain existing partnerships, deepen renewals and upsell opportunities, and leverage key accounts for referrals and expansion.
- Industry Ecosystem Building: Accumulate resources in investment, channel, and influencer networks while aligning market feedback with product iteration.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of BD experience in Web3 or ToB SaaS, with proven success in channel/KOL/VC partnerships.
- Deep understanding of Web3 fundraising, agency models, and KOL commercialization strategies.
- Existing VC, agent, or KOL network is mandatory.
- Proficiency in English for business communication.
- Preferred: Experience in closed fundraising rounds, 0-to-1 channel building, or signing top-tier clients; active engagement in TG/X/Discord communities.
