Job Description:
We are seeking a Core Business Leader with the potential to grow into a partnership role. This position involves:
- Working primarily in Chinese (internal) and English (external), with remote work as the main mode and occasional in-person meetings in Hong Kong.
- Leading VC financing对接, KOL collaborations, and partnerships to drive融资落地 and platform user growth.
- Engaging with global Web3 VCs and industrial capital to facilitate end-to-end financing negotiations and build an investor resource pool.
- Developing global partnerships, IB collaborations, and代理体系 to rapidly expand user base and customized solutions.
- Expanding collaborations with top global KOLs, community leaders, and industry media to execute流量联运 and brand promotion for customer acquisition.
- Maintaining existing partnerships,挖掘续约 and增量合作 opportunities, leveraging标杆资源 for referrals and new business拓展.
- Building and maintaining resources in investment, channels, and流量圈层, while providing market feedback for product iteration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive融资落地 and user growth through strategic partnerships and collaborations.
- Establish and maintain relationships with global Web3 VCs, KOLs, and industry leaders.
- Develop and execute代理体系 and customized solutions to meet business objectives.
- Lead流量联运 and brand promotion initiatives to enhance customer acquisition.
- Continuously improve and expand the investor and partner resource pool.
Job Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Web3/ToB SaaS BD, with proven success cases and业绩.
- Deep understanding of Web3投融资,代理, and KOL商业化合作逻辑.
- Proficiency in English for business communication.
- Preferred qualifications: Experience in融资落地,从0到1渠道搭建,头部客户大承包, and active involvement in TG/X/Discord communities.
