We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our Contract Business Team. This role is pivotal in driving the team's performance to achieve monthly KPI targets and contribute to the company's overall growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and lead a high-performing contract business team from the ground up
- Develop and implement strategies to consistently meet or exceed monthly KPI targets

Job Requirements
- Proven experience in team building and leadership within a business development or contract management environment
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding performance targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role
