Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Actively explore, contact, and expand high-quality project partners with real growth needs in the Web3 industry (DeFi, GameFi, infrastructure, L2, AI, etc.), and quickly establish cooperation.
• Utilize existing resources to reach out to core project leaders in bulk, accurately convey platform value, and promote them to publish tasks on TaskOn and engage in user growth cooperation.
• Tailor a platform deployment plan for collaborative projects, such as task design, incentive structure, AMA activities, joint promotion, etc., and follow up on the entire process of execution and conversion.
• Collaborate with product, operations, marketing, and other teams to provide feedback on project requirements, promote platform function optimization, and standardize services.
• Establish and maintain a project cooperation database, form a high-quality project ecosystem, and establish medium- to long-term relationships with core partners.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or a similar role within the Web3/blockchain industry.
• Strong understanding of Web3 ecosystems, including DeFi, GameFi, infrastructure, L2, and AI.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to convey platform value effectively.
• Ability to design and implement strategic partnership plans, including task design, incentive structures, and promotional activities.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product, operations, and marketing.
• Strong organizational skills to maintain a project cooperation database and build long-term relationships.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving growth in the Web3 space.
