Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Market Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute growth strategies for the DeFi ecosystem, focusing on increasing the TVL of protocols. Use data-driven methods to optimize user acquisition, retention, and engagement to enhance the protocol's market impact.
• Community and Network Expansion: Establish and maintain close connections with DeFi communities, particularly DeFi DAOs and key opinion leaders (KOLs). Actively participate in and organize DeFi community activities, conferences, and online discussions to increase protocol exposure and attractiveness.
• Partnership and Alliance: Establish strategic partnerships with other DeFi protocols, platforms, and service providers to promote interoperability and synergies. Foster cooperation between protocols and DeFi DAOs to secure community resources and funding support.
• Innovative Growth Strategy: Identify and explore new growth opportunities, including liquidity mining, reward programs, and governance incentives. Analyze market trends to provide innovative solutions and ensure the protocol maintains a competitive edge.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in DeFi ecosystem growth, market strategy, or business development.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
• Excellent networking and relationship-building skills within the DeFi and blockchain space.
• Deep understanding of DeFi protocols, DAOs, and market trends.
• Ability to identify and capitalize on emerging opportunities in the DeFi landscape.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for engaging with communities and stakeholders.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in organizing or participating in DeFi-related events and conferences.
• Familiarity with liquidity mining, governance incentives, and other DeFi growth mechanisms.
• Existing relationships with key DeFi communities, DAOs, or KOLs.
