Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic professional to assist the Chairman in driving the company's market strategy and brand development. This role involves comprehensive market planning, brand management, and team leadership to ensure the company's growth and competitive positioning in the industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Chairman in formulating the overall market strategy plan for the company.
  • Expand the company's market strategy, grasp the company's development direction in the industry, and provide timely market feedback.
  • Develop and implement annual marketing and product plans, assisting the operations department in business planning and marketing collaboration.
  • Design and execute pricing systems, marketing strategies, regional coverage strategies, and promotion plans for each product line.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to study peer and industry development, providing a basis for company decision-making.
  • Participate in daily market development and channel management activities.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to design and optimize the company's online platform, increasing platform traffic through online promotion.
  • Develop company brand management strategies, maintain and promote brand development, optimize the VI system, and enhance brand exposure through multiple channels.
  • Partner with cross-industry brands to conduct market promotion activities via resource exchange and other methods.
  • Lead the company's new media initiatives, focusing on content marketing to generate influential industry content.
  • Manage and guide the team to ensure effective completion of tasks and projects.
  • Complete other related tasks as assigned by the company.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
