Job Description
We are looking for a passionate Community Growth Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow and engage our community, working closely with marketing and product teams to drive user growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement community growth strategies in collaboration with market and product teams to jointly promote user growth.
- Plan and execute online/offline community activities to establish Chainbase's "first image" for the community and users.
- Strengthen and convey community values to enhance users' sense of belonging and improve their overall community experience.
- Explore real user feedback and market opportunities through interaction and data observation, and synchronize findings with product and marketing teams in a timely manner.
- Establish and manage a community management team, overseeing resource coordination, duty scheduling, daily feedback, and incentive mechanisms.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in community management, growth strategies, or related roles.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to plan and execute engaging online/offline community activities.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze user feedback and market trends.
- Leadership skills to manage and motivate a community management team.
- Passion for building and nurturing online communities.
