Community Lead at Tradoor

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Be the voice of Tradoor in the community, to share and feed all updates, products, features and achievements, and guide the discussions in the community
• Be responsible for the user education, design tailored campaigns for the community to drive engagement and achieve KPIs
• Track and analyze the growth of the community to identify new opportunities for engagement
• Recognize the key contributors and community stars, build and maintain relationships with them to enhance the community
• Design and manage the community ambassador program, build robust and flourish communities in different worldwide
• Sophisticated in diversified community bots and tools, build community referral system and traction
• Identify key events and speaking opportunities

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a crypto community manager or marketer with a track record of building and engaging crypto communities
• Fluent in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of community engagement strategies and tools
• Ability to analyze community growth metrics and identify engagement opportunities
• Experience in designing and managing community ambassador programs
• Familiarity with community bots, tools, and referral systems
• Ability to identify and leverage key events and speaking opportunities

• Experience working in a global or multicultural environment
• Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in community management
• Creative mindset with the ability to design engaging campaigns
• Strong organizational and project management skills
