We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Web3 industry business department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment and talent acquisition within the Web3 space, with a focus on various technical and operational roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Work in the Web3 industry business department for more than 3 years
- Serve as a department recruiter or interviewer for front-end, testing, product, data, operations, and risk control positions
- Conduct internal training sessions or lectures to enhance team capabilities
- Develop and deliver online recorded courses for professional development
- Act as a part-time lecturer to share industry knowledge and best practices
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven experience as a recruiter or interviewer in the Web3 industry
- Background in conducting internal training programs or professional lectures
- Experience creating and managing online educational content
- Ability to serve as a part-time lecturer for specialized topics
- Strong understanding of various Web3 business functions including front-end development, testing, product management, data analysis, operations, and risk control
