Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and expand community outreach efforts, increasing participant engagement across all social media platforms, including Twitter, Telegram, and other leading quest and SocialFi platforms.
• Plan, create, and publish compelling content, collaborating with local community managers for accurate translations tailored to each market.
• Organize and execute both virtual and live events to elevate brand visibility and foster community engagement.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Communications teams to devise and execute comprehensive social media campaigns and communication strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and industry professionals to enhance community engagements.
• Host and participate in community events such as Discord AMAs, Telegram chats, and Twitter Spaces.
• Oversee the customer support team to ensure timely and effective responses to community inquiries and feedback.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in community management or social media engagement, preferably in the tech or blockchain space.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Twitter, Telegram, and Discord.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Ability to create compelling content and tailor messaging for different markets.
• Experience organizing and hosting virtual and live events.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with customer support processes and team management is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Knowledge of blockchain technology and decentralized applications (dApps).
• Multilingual abilities to support global community engagement.
