Job Description

We are looking for a Community Manager to oversee and enhance our online community. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing community engagement, retention, and growth strategies. You will play a key role in fostering a vibrant and interactive community environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage community drainage, user retention, and engagement.
  • Plan and execute activities to promote user communication and conversion.
  • Recruit, manage, and train Community Moderators (CM/MOD).
  • Develop and implement a community growth plan to attract new members and increase engagement.
  • Seek collaborations with industry KOLs and other communities for joint promotions and cross-community activities.
  • Independently plan, organize, and execute community events, ensuring smooth budget and event details.
  • Apply a structured methodology to develop and implement effective user/community operation plans.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in community management or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of user engagement and retention strategies.
  • Ability to recruit, train, and manage community moderators.
  • Experience in planning and executing community events and activities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative growth strategies.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
