Job Description
As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for building and nurturing our core community platforms while driving engagement and growth. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the community experience and fostering long-term relationships with our users.
- Manage and maintain core community platforms (Telegram, X.com, etc.) by publishing accurate and engaging original content including announcements, tutorials, user stories, etc. to expand brand influence.
- Develop and enforce community guidelines to maintain a positive atmosphere while handling disputes. Provide timely responses to community inquiries and offer basic support.
- Plan and execute exclusive community events such as AMAs, Q&A sessions, game nights, creative contests, and online/offline meetups.
- Build self-sustaining fan communities by encouraging user-generated content and peer-to-peer interactions.
- Create segmented channels or communication mechanisms for different user groups (fans, creators, developers, investors). Serve as a bridge between the community and project teams (product, tech, marketing) to convey community feedback.
- Implement marketing strategies within the community using airdrops, point systems, and other rewards to recognize contributions and encourage active participation from token holders.
- Establish partnerships with core blockchain communities while developing clear partnership frameworks detailing resource sharing, event support, and mutual incentive policies.
- Utilize analytics tools to continuously optimize community engagement strategies based on user feedback and interaction data.
Job Requirements
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Community Manager who thrives in decentralized environments and can drive community growth through innovative strategies.
- Bachelor's degree or higher with 3+ years of community operations or social media management experience. Prior experience in blockchain projects is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese with the ability to effectively convey project information.
- Strong content creation and editing skills with the ability to independently produce or assist in creating copywriting, images, and video materials.
- Exceptional organizational and coordination skills with the ability to operate efficiently in fast-paced, dynamic work environments.
- Team player with strong initiative who can solve problems independently and drive project progress.
- Experience in community growth strategies and execution is highly valued.
Important Notes: This is a full-time remote position with a decentralized work model. Candidates must demonstrate excellent time management skills to ensure timely responses and efficient collaboration during work hours. Daily communication will primarily be online, with occasional offline meetings if required.
