Job Description
This position is responsible for the comprehensive operation and promotion of products in overseas markets. The candidate will lead cross-border business development initiatives, including strategic cooperation negotiations with international partners, market expansion efforts, and the establishment of effective distribution channels. Key responsibilities involve conducting in-depth market research to identify opportunities and challenges, analyzing user behavior patterns, and delivering actionable insights through regular industry reports. The role also requires managing and growing overseas online communities across platforms such as Telegram, Twitter, Discord, and others, with a focus on user engagement and retention. Additionally, the candidate will create and publish promotional content in English and related topics to enhance brand visibility and drive conversions. Preference will be given to candidates with expertise in the Southeast Asian market and a deep understanding of local user demographics.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute global product marketing strategies to achieve business growth targets in overseas regions.
- Conduct competitive market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks in international markets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design localized marketing campaigns tailored to regional consumer preferences.
- Manage online communities (Telegram, Twitter, Discord, etc.) through daily Q&A sessions, content moderation, and engagement activities.
- Organize and coordinate community-driven events to foster user interaction, loyalty, and organic growth.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and community engagement efforts.
- Prepare detailed market research reports with data-driven recommendations for product positioning and strategy adjustments.
- Write and publish high-quality promotional articles in English for various platforms including blogs, social media, and industry publications.
- Stay updated on cultural nuances and regulatory requirements in target markets to ensure compliance and relevance.
- Collaborate with regional teams to align marketing activities with business objectives and market conditions.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in overseas market operations, preferably with a focus on Southeast Asia or similar regions.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, content marketing, and social media strategies.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to create compelling promotional content and engage with international audiences.
