Job Description
This Risk Control Monitoring position is responsible for overseeing daily operations, identifying potential risks, and ensuring compliance with established procedures. The role involves continuous monitoring, timely incident handling, and active participation in system improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete daily monitoring of various systems and monitor daily transaction status
- Monitor the risk situation and promptly handle it according to the operating procedures
- Keep records of various monitoring work, organize and archive them, and promptly follow up on unresolved abnormal alarms
- Conduct preliminary investigations into abnormal cases and provide timely feedback on the investigation results
- Participate in the formulation and improvement of risk control management systems and related regulations
- Cooperate with the implementation of risk control management system and other required systems
- Cooperate with leaders to complete other related tasks
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in risk control, compliance or related area
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in risk management software and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements
Work Environment
This position operates in a professional office environment and may require occasional overtime during peak periods or when dealing with critical risk situations. The role involves collaboration with multiple departments to ensure comprehensive risk management across the organization.
