Job Description
Connext is seeking a dynamic content strategist to drive its digital presence and communication initiatives. This role will focus on creating and managing engaging content across multiple platforms, including social media, blogs, and technical documentation. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams and the broader community to identify content gaps and ensure alignment with brand messaging. Additionally, they will work closely with the marketing team to enhance website copy and technical resources, maintaining a cohesive brand narrative.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage engaging social media content to increase audience engagement and brand visibility.
- Assist in creating blogs that highlight announcements, integrations, and major protocol developments, ensuring timely and relevant updates.
- Collaborate with the team and community to identify gaps in educational content and oversee its creation, improving accessibility for target audiences.
- Work alongside the marketing team to refine website copy and technical documentation, ensuring consistency with Connext's brand identity.
- Collaborate in ideating, planning, and executing marketing campaigns with business and ecosystem partners to expand Connext's reach.
- Identify opportunities to position Connext as a thought leader in new markets and ecosystems, driving audience acquisition.
- Plan and execute in-person events at major conferences throughout the year, aligning with overall marketing goals.
- Refine Connext’s brand narrative in partnership with the marketing team and PR firm, ensuring it resonates with key target audiences.
- Improve existing documents and resources to maintain a cohesive and brand-aligned communication strategy.
- Establish, implement, and maintain best practices to enhance internal efficiency and alignment in marketing efforts.
- Employ data-driven strategies to standardize campaign tracking, enabling performance optimization and validation of marketing experiments.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in content creation, digital marketing, or brand management, with a focus on blockchain or decentralized technologies.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content calendars, and SEO best practices to maximize reach and engagement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
- Collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and community stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform content strategies and campaign performance improvements.
- Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Google Analytics, and content management systems to streamline workflows.

- Strong organizational skills to coordinate with teams and maintain consistency across all communication channels.

- Preferred qualifications include a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, along with 2+ years of experience in similar roles.
