Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Mastermind operational strategy development, identifying innovative solutions to complex challenges in Web3 ecosystems such as blockchain scalability, decentralized governance, and cross-chain interoperability.
• Cultivate a collaborative culture by coordinating cross-functional teams—including engineering, product, and business development—through regular strategic alignment meetings and shared KPI frameworks.
• Ensure strategic plans are operationalized through continuous monitoring, resource allocation, and performance tracking to create measurable impact on business outcomes.
• Refine operational workflows by analyzing process bottlenecks, implementing automation tools, and establishing standardized protocols that enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Act as a bridge between technical execution and business strategy, translating stakeholder requirements into operational roadmaps that balance innovation with risk management.
• Lead the development of metrics to evaluate operational effectiveness, including user engagement, system reliability, and market penetration, while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in operational leadership within tech-driven industries, with a demonstrated track record of successfully scaling Web3 projects or platforms.
• Deep understanding of blockchain technology, decentralized applications (dApps), and Web3 infrastructure to guide strategic decisions effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate complex operational concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment across teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data from operational dashboards and make data-informed decisions to optimize performance.
• Leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams, with a focus on fostering innovation, resolving conflicts, and maintaining high standards of collaboration.
• Proficiency in agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) to streamline workflows and deliver results within tight deadlines.
• Ability to balance short-term operational goals with long-term strategic vision, ensuring sustainable growth and adaptability to market changes.
