Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the overall operational strategy of the company, optimize operational processes, improve operational efficiency, and ensure the achievement of the company's business goals.
• Responsible for the daily management of the operations department, developing and implementing operational strategies, improving user activity and transaction volume, monitoring operational data, and driving continuous improvement.
• Work closely with the BD department to ensure project delivery progress and quality management, optimize delivery processes, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Management Research Institute promotes digital currency related technology and market research, ensuring that research results support the company's business development and strategic decision-making.
• Identify and evaluate potential risks in operations, develop and implement risk management strategies, and ensure that company operations comply with relevant laws and regulations.
• Expand new business cooperation opportunities, promote diversified development of the company's business, and maintain good communication with partners, customers, and regulatory agencies.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a COO or similar executive role in the digital currency or financial technology sector.
• Strong strategic planning and operational management skills with a track record of improving efficiency and achieving business goals.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities to oversee multiple departments effectively.
• Deep understanding of digital currency markets, regulatory requirements, and risk management.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to drive business growth.
• Strong analytical skills to monitor operational data and make data-driven decisions.
