Job Description:
CEX TOP20 Exchange is hiring for remote customer service positions:
- English Customer Service (English only)
- English Community Customer Service (English + Chinese)
- Persian Customer Service (English + Persian)
- Turkish Customer Service (English + Turkish)
Location: Fully remote (accepting candidates from any time zone)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain English-speaking communities (Telegram/Discord)
- Provide timely and professional responses to user inquiries (including trading, account, deposit/withdrawal issues)
- Guide users through basic operations (registration, KYC, deposits, withdrawals, trading processes)
- Monitor community sentiment and identify potential risks or negative feedback
- Coordinate with internal teams to handle exceptions, complaints, and emergencies
- Maintain community order by managing violations, ads, and malicious behavior
- Collect user feedback and compile common issues for internal reporting
- Assist in executing community activities (events, AMAs, operational tasks) to boost engagement
Job Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (fluency required; Chinese is a plus)
- Minimum 1 year of customer service or community management experience in cryptocurrency exchanges
- Basic understanding of Web3 concepts (wallets, transfers, Gas Fees, networks, etc.)
- Proficiency in community tools like Telegram and Discord
- Excellent communication skills, patience, and strong service orientation
- Ability to work under pressure and respond promptly
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts (including nights and weekends)
- Basic Excel skills for data recording
- Strong sense of responsibility, execution capability, and teamwork
- Shift schedules: 08:00-16:00, 16:00-24:00, 00:00-08:00 (rotating shifts, single day off)
