Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Business Analysis & Opportunity Identification: Gain deep understanding of business drivers, identify potential opportunities, and drive business optimization. Regularly collaborate with business teams to evaluate key indicators and optimize processes.
• Understanding Requirements & Data Processing: Quickly grasp business needs, produce high-quality analysis reports through precise data capture, cleaning, and processing. Provide data support for strategic decisions by refining analytical frameworks.
• Data Visualization & Reporting: Analyze market data and transform complex findings into clear visual reports. Deliver actionable insights for operational teams and senior leadership.
• Operational Data Management & Tagging: Execute data-related tasks, including cleaning, aggregation, and labeling. Collaborate with product teams to design and implement data logic and monitoring systems.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, tech, and operations teams to ensure data-driven decisions align with business goals. Provide feedback to improve data architecture and models.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in business analysis, data processing, and visualization.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Proficiency in data cleaning, aggregation, and reporting tools.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work across multiple teams.
