Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough analysis of on-chain liquidity dynamics to design DeFi Yield Strategies, on-chain assets allocation and portfolio rebalancing
• Evaluate research reports, whitepapers, and diverse market data sources to derive actionable insights
• Uncover early-stage and promising on-chain yield opportunities through comprehensive market analysis
• Identify, monitor, and interpret emerging trends, narratives, and patterns within blockchain and cryptocurrency markets
• Provide strategic insights to guide asset allocation and operational decisions
• 深入分析链上流动性动态，设计 DeFi 收益策略，制定链上资产配置和策略投资组合调仓方案
• 对研究报告、项目白皮书以及各类市场数据进行评估与分析，挖掘有价值的信息
• 识别早期、有潜力的链上收益机会
• 跟踪并解读区块链和加密货币市场的新兴趋势、热点叙事及市场规律
• 为资产配置和运营决策提供战略性洞察建议

Job Requirements

• Strong understanding of DeFi protocols, yield farming strategies, and on-chain analytics
• Proven experience in analyzing blockchain data and market trends
• Ability to interpret complex financial data and research reports
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with various blockchain networks and their liquidity dynamics
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese is preferred
• Passion for cryptocurrency markets and decentralized finance

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in quantitative analysis or algorithmic trading
• Knowledge of smart contract development and auditing
• Experience with data visualization tools and on-chain analytics platforms
• Strong network within the blockchain and DeFi communities
