5+ years of senior design experience with 2+ years in team management, preferably at top internet/Web3 platforms
Deep understanding of on-chain trading mechanics (DEX, Pump.fun) and ability to simplify complex data dashboards

Strong aesthetic sense for high-density information visualization and Web3-native interfaces
Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to establish cross-departmental SOPs in fast-paced environments

Understand Employer Recruitment Intent

GMGN is clearly positioning itself as a cutting-edge player in the Web3 financial space, focusing on high-frequency trading interfaces with strong meme/degen culture elements. The emphasis on AI integration and ultra-fast interface design suggests they're building products for professional traders in volatile crypto markets. The requirement for 'Web3 DNA' and specific mention of Pump.fun mechanics indicates they need someone who breathes crypto culture, not just understands it theoretically. This isn't just about good design - it's about creating interfaces that resonate with the degenerate trading community while maintaining professional-grade functionality.

MyJob Interviewer Says

As an interviewer, I'd prioritize candidates who can demonstrate real on-chain activity (not just theoretical knowledge) through their portfolio. The ideal candidate should show examples of how they've simplified complex financial data without dumbing it down. I'd particularly look for evidence of AI implementation in their design process and ask pointed questions about how they've handled the unique challenges of Web3 UX (like wallet integration, gas fee visualization). Cultural fit is crucial - they must speak the language of meme coins and understand the psychology behind candlestick chart interactions.

AI Matching Suggestions

To stand out for this GMGN position, candidates should deeply customize their application:

Highlight specific Web3 projects in your portfolio, especially those involving trading interfaces or data-heavy dashboards
Include case studies showing how you've used AI tools to accelerate design processes or create innovative solutions
Demonstrate your crypto-native credentials - if you've participated in meme coin launches or DAOs, mention it
Prepare to discuss Dark Mode design philosophy and how you approach high-density information visualization
Show examples of how you've established design systems in fast-moving startup environments
