Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a technical expert by delivering presentations, workshops, and one-on-one consultations at events to demonstrate the practical applications and benefits of our technology.
• Develop and maintain a thriving developer community by creating engaging content, moderating forums, and organizing local meetups to encourage knowledge sharing and collaboration.
• Collaborate with product teams to gather feedback from developers, translating community insights into actionable recommendations for improving our offerings.
• Design and publish high-quality documentation, tutorials, and sample code to empower developers with the tools needed for successful implementation.
• Represent the company at global developer conferences and hackathons, showcasing our technology and building relationships with key stakeholders in the industry.
• Monitor community trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and ensure our solutions remain competitive and relevant.
• Provide ongoing support to developers through dedicated channels, troubleshooting issues and offering guidance to enhance their experience with our platform.
• Develop strategic partnerships with open-source projects and third-party developers to expand our technology's reach and ecosystem.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a developer or technical professional with a strong background in software development, cloud computing, or related fields.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in an accessible manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to build and sustain a developer community through active engagement, content creation, and event coordination.
• Strong organizational skills with a track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously, including event planning and documentation development.
• Fluency in English and proficiency in additional languages is a plus, especially for global engagement and cross-cultural collaboration.
• Experience in product advocacy, including the ability to influence product roadmaps and marketing strategies through community feedback.
• Knowledge of developer tools, platforms, and ecosystems to provide relevant support and resources to the community.
• Ability to represent the company professionally in public forums, conferences, and media interviews.
• Collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales.
• Passion for technology and a commitment to fostering innovation and growth within the developer community.
