Job Description
Key Responsibilities

- Track and report all activity related to open source development and releases, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve efficiency, quality, and security across open source projects.
- Manage multiple distributed teams of developers, fostering collaboration and productivity.
- Oversee hiring processes to build and maintain a strong team of open source contributors.

- Proven experience in managing open source development projects and teams.
- Strong understanding of open source ecosystems, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to track and report on multiple initiatives.
- Experience in process automation and improving development workflows.
- Ability to manage and mentor distributed teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Experience in hiring and building high-performing development teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in software development with hands-on experience in open source contributions.
- Familiarity with security best practices in open source software development.
