Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Drive developer acquisition and engagement through outreach, events, and community-building initiatives.
• Act as the primary point of contact between developers and the internal team, ensuring their needs are communicated and addressed.
• Create and maintain documentation, tutorials, and other resources that help developers integrate and build on the Hemera Protocol.
• Organize hackathons, workshops, and meetups to foster a thriving developer community.
• Engage with developers on forums, social media, and other platforms to provide support and gather feedback.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align developer outreach with the broader strategy.
• Monitor developer engagement metrics and optimize strategies to increase developer retention and satisfaction.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in developer relations, community management, or a similar role.
• Strong technical background with the ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire developers.
• Experience organizing and hosting developer-focused events such as hackathons, workshops, or meetups.
• Ability to create high-quality technical documentation, tutorials, and other educational resources.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, forums, and other channels for developer engagement.
• Strong analytical skills to track and optimize developer engagement metrics.
• Passion for blockchain technology and decentralized protocols is a plus.
