Job Description
As the Director of Marketing at dappOS, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand building and market promotion in the decentralized application (DApp) space. You will lead the marketing team and collaborate closely with the product, sales, and business development teams to achieve company growth objectives and increase market share. This is a key position that requires in-depth knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain industries, along with excellent marketing strategy and team management skills.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Marketing Strategy: Create a comprehensive marketing and brand-building strategy aligned with company goals and market conditions.
  • Lead the Marketing Team: Build and manage a high-performing marketing team including functions such as marketing, social media, content creation, etc. Provide guidance and support to ensure team objectives are achieved.
  • Brand Building: Shape and communicate the dappOS brand, establishing the company's visibility and influence within the DApp ecosystem.
  • Market Promotion: Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including online and offline activities, social media, industry partnerships, etc., to expand user base and increase product market share.
  • Market Research: Gain deep insights into target markets and competitors through market research and analysis. Apply findings to inform market strategies and decisions.
  • Partner Relationship Management: Establish and maintain close collaborations with key partners such as DApp developers, exchanges, media outlets, etc., to drive business growth and brand exposure.
