1. 负责现有前端项目的重构和优化，确保代码的高效性、可维护性和可扩展性
2. 参与需求分析，与产品经理和设计师合作，理解业务需求并转化为技术实现

Responsibilities:
Lead the refactoring and optimization of contract-related frontend projects to ensure high efficiency, maintainability, and scalability of the codebase.
Participate in requirement analysis, collaborate with product managers and designers to understand business needs, and translate them into technical solutions.
Write high-quality, standardized code to ensure optimal performance and user experience of frontend interfaces.
Stay current with frontend technology trends and proactively apply the latest technologies to projects.
Mentor and assist other developers, conduct code reviews, and facilitate technical knowledge sharing.
Job Requirements:
任职要求：
1. 学历与经验：
理工科本科及以上学历。
5年及以上前端开发经验，有项目重构经验者优先。
2. 技术技能：
熟练掌握HTML5、CSS3、JavaScript（ES6+），前端基础扎实。
精通至少一种前端框架，React 或 Vue。
熟悉前端构建工具配置优化。
解Node.js及其生态系统，能够进行简单的服务端开发或调试。
掌握Git等版本控制工具的使用
3. 软技能：
具有良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能够与跨职能团队有效合作。
具有较强的分析问题和解决问题的能力，能够在压力下独立完成任务。
具有高度的责任感和自我驱动能力，积极学习和应用新技术。
4. 其他要求：
工作地点为新加坡
有交易所或证券相关开发经历优先。
有大型项目架构和重构经验优先。
Requirements:
1. Education & Experience:
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of frontend development experience. Experience in large-scale project refactoring is highly preferred.
2. Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), with a solid foundation in frontend fundamentals.
• Expertise in at least one modern frontend framework (e.g., React, Vue, Angular) with proven project experience.
• Familiarity with frontend build tools (e.g., Webpack, Rollup) and modular development practices.
• Understanding of Node.js and its ecosystem; capable of performing basic server-side development or debugging.
• Proficient in version control tools such as Git.
3. Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of working independently under pressure.
• High sense of responsibility, self-driven, and eager to learn and apply new technologies.
4. Additional Requirements:
• Must be based in Singapore.
• Proficiency in English reading and writing is required.
• Experience in contributing to open-source projects or maintaining a technical blog is a plus.
