We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Web3 industry business department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment and talent acquisition within the Web3 space, with specific expertise in hiring for technical and operational roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment efforts for various departments including front-end development, testing, product management, data analysis, operations, and risk control
- Conduct interviews and assessments for candidates across multiple technical and business functions
- Develop and implement effective hiring strategies tailored to the Web3 industry
- Collaborate with department heads to understand specific talent requirements
- Participate in internal training programs and knowledge sharing sessions
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in Web3 industry business departments
- Proven track record as a department recruiter or interviewer for technical roles
- Experience in conducting internal training sessions or lectures
- Prior experience creating online recorded courses is highly desirable
- Background as a part-time lecturer in relevant fields is a plus
- Strong understanding of Web3 technologies and ecosystem
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to assess technical skills and cultural fit for Web3 organizations
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with multiple hiring cycles in fast-paced Web3 environments
- Familiarity with various blockchain protocols and decentralized applications
- Background in technical roles (development, testing, etc.) before moving to recruitment
