Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Frontend Developer to join our team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing frontend projects while ensuring code quality and maintainability. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance web applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize frontend projects
- Write extensible enough code to adapt for frequent functionality iteration
- Write high-quality public documentation for projects and features
- Use modern CI/CD pipelines to deploy projects efficiently
- Mentor and train junior development engineers to improve team capabilities
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement responsive and user-friendly interfaces
- Participate in code reviews to maintain high coding standards
- Troubleshoot and debug issues to optimize application performance
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of professional frontend development experience
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular)
- Experience with responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility
- Knowledge of modern CI/CD tools and deployment processes
- Excellent documentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to mentor junior team members and share knowledge effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with performance optimization techniques
- Knowledge of backend technologies and API integration
- Familiarity with testing frameworks and test-driven development
- Contributions to open-source projects or technical blogs
