Job Description
Lead front-end architecture design and core feature development (Web + Mobile). Guide the front-end team in task breakdown, code reviews, and progress management. Drive project refactoring and technical optimization to enhance system stability and scalability. Develop cross-platform mobile applications using React Native (RN) with deep Android native integration. Build high-performance web front-ends using Next.js, optimizing user experience and SEO. Actively participate in Web3 development (wallet connections, on-chain interactions, NFT/Token modules). Promote and implement AI-assisted programming to boost team productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead front-end architecture and core development for web and mobile platforms
- Mentor front-end team members through task delegation and code reviews
- Drive technical improvements and system refactoring initiatives
- Develop React Native applications with native Android integration
- Build Next.js applications with focus on performance and SEO
- Implement Web3 features including wallet integration and smart contract interactions
- Advocate for AI-powered development tools to enhance efficiency
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of front-end development experience with strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills
- Expertise in React Native and Next.js with production deployment experience
- Familiarity with Android native development for RN module integration
- Knowledge of Web3 stack (ethers.js/web3.js, wallet integration, smart contracts)
- Experience in project refactoring and legacy code optimization
- Team leadership experience with mentoring capabilities
- Excellent remote collaboration and documentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Supabase and SEO optimization
- Knowledge of WebRTC and real-time communication technologies
- Background in social or growth-oriented app development
- Understanding of TON blockchain ecosystem
- Based in Shenzhen for occasional in-person meetings
