Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Web Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining web products that support trading activities. This role requires close collaboration with various teams to ensure high-quality product delivery and continuous improvement of development processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web products that support trading operations
- Work closely with UI designers, product managers, and backend teams to deliver high-quality products
- Continuously optimize development processes, performance, and user experience
- Implement best practices in web development and stay updated with emerging technologies
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience in web development with strong programming skills
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks
- Experience working with UI/UX designers and product teams
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Knowledge of performance optimization techniques
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in financial or trading-related web applications
- Knowledge of backend technologies and APIs
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
