Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 6 game developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment through regular feedback, skill development initiatives, and team-building activities.
• Direct the full development process of games, ensuring alignment with creative vision and technical feasibility while maintaining rigorous quality control at every stage.
• Oversee cross-platform adaptation and optimization of games, including PC, consoles, and mobile devices, to ensure seamless performance and user experience across all systems.
• Collaborate closely with the design team to implement cutting-edge game mechanics, conduct user testing, and refine gameplay features based on player feedback.
• Establish and enforce comprehensive testing protocols to identify, document, and resolve technical issues before release, ensuring game stability and functionality.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively, coordinating with stakeholders to deliver projects on schedule and within scope.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in leading game development teams, with a demonstrated track record of successful project delivery and team growth.
• Expertise in Unity engine for 3D game development, including proficiency in scripting, asset management, and performance optimization techniques.
• Strong cross-platform development skills, with knowledge of platform-specific requirements and optimization strategies for PC, consoles, and mobile devices.
• Ability to translate creative concepts into functional game designs, working collaboratively with artists, designers, and engineers to achieve cohesive outcomes.
• Experience with quality assurance processes, including bug tracking, test planning, and post-launch support to maintain game integrity.
• Excellent project management capabilities, with expertise in Agile methodologies, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with cross-functional teams and present progress to senior management.
• Preferred qualifications include a degree in computer science, game design, or related field, along with 5+ years of industry experience in game development.
