Job Description
This role is pivotal in shaping and executing the business strategy for Informal Security, focusing on sustainable growth and market expansion. Collaboration with the Product Owner is essential to explore new service and product offerings, forge strategic partnerships, and expand market reach. Continuous monitoring of industry trends and technological advancements will be required to adapt roadmaps and ensure the company remains competitive in a dynamic market environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and implement the business strategy for Informal Security, including growth plans, market analysis, and competitive analysis.
  • Develop and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and business plans to ensure fiscal responsibility and strategic alignment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners, identifying new business opportunities and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Work with the Quality Lead to develop and maintain operational policies and procedures, ensuring the highest level of service delivery and compliance with industry standards.
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team, including recruitment, training management, performance evaluation, and team motivation strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Product Owner to identify and develop new business opportunities, such as expansion of services and products, forging strategic partnerships, and entering new markets.

  • Provide leadership in cross-functional projects, ensuring seamless integration between operational execution and strategic vision.

Job Requirements
