Card Payment Direction
Key Responsibilities:
- Core Business Development: Responsible for Golang backend development of the company's card payment/issuance system, including but not limited to card issuance, card accounts, authorization, clearing & settlement, transaction processing, billing, benefits and other business modules.
- Card Transaction Chain Construction: Participate in the design and development of the entire card transaction chain, understand and process core transaction processes such as authorization, reversal, capture, refund, and reconciliation.
- Architecture Design and Optimization: Participate in system architecture design, understand/migrate legacy systems, continuously iterate and optimize performance to ensure high availability, high consistency and stability of financial systems.
- Technical Research: Responsible for solving technical challenges and bottlenecks in system operation, improving system throughput and response speed, and ensuring fund security and data accuracy under high concurrency.
- Engineering Quality Assurance: Continuously output standardized technical documentation, strictly control code quality, conduct code reviews and write unit/integration test cases.
Job Requirements:
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above in computer science or related field, with 3+ years of Golang/Java development experience.
- Experience in card issuance systems/card payment systems/card transaction processing (strongly relevant experience preferred).
- Understanding of crypto fundamentals, with relevant crypto transaction/payment experience preferred.
Professional Skills:
- Fundamentals: Proficient in Golang/Java syntax features, understand concurrent programming, skilled in Linux operations, solid data structure foundation, familiar with k8s and computer networks.
- Storage and Middleware: Proficient in MySQL with SQL performance tuning skills; skilled in Redis and other caching technologies, familiar with solutions for cache breakdown, penetration and avalanche; skilled in using Kafka for system decoupling and asynchronous processing.
- Distributed Systems: Familiar with microservices architecture, proficient in gRPC and Protobuf, understand microservices governance (service registration/discovery, circuit breaking, rate limiting, distributed tracing).
- Cloud Native: Familiar with Docker, Kubernetes and other container technologies, familiar with CI/CD processes.
- AI Empowerment: Skilled in using Claude Code/Codex tools, able to integrate AI development into daily work to improve efficiency and create valuable workflows.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Crypto Card/payment application risk control preferred
- Experience in licensed card issuers/acquirers/third-party payments/Card Processor system development.
- Familiar with ISO 8583/ISO 20022 messages or experience interfacing with card networks/issuing partners.
- Experience in crypto deposits/withdrawals, cryptocurrency cards (Crypto Card), fiat on/off-ramp related business.
- Familiar with PCI-DSS and other payment compliance/security standards.
- Experience in building payment systems from scratch or migrating core systems.
