Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed testing plans and analyze strategies for blockchain product modules.
• Design and execute test cases to ensure product quality across functionality, performance, safety, and compatibility.
• Conduct risk assessments and take independent responsibility for the quality assurance of assigned product modules.
• Develop or select appropriate testing tools to enhance individual and team efficiency.
• Identify and analyze process-related issues within the project team, proposing effective improvement measures.
• Drive the implementation of proposed improvements to optimize testing processes.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in developing testing plans and executing test cases for blockchain or related technologies.
• Strong analytical skills to assess risks and ensure product quality across multiple dimensions.
• Ability to independently develop or select testing tools to improve efficiency.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to identify and address process inefficiencies.
• Strong communication skills to propose and implement improvement measures within the team.
• Knowledge of automation testing and compatibility testing is a plus.
