Job Description
As the Exchange Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operational strategy and business planning of the exchange. You will set phased operational goals and drive their implementation, taking ownership of key business metrics such as trading users, trading volume, revenue, user activity, and retention.
You will oversee various business segments including spot trading, futures contracts, user growth, marketing campaigns, and platform operations, continuously optimizing the user lifecycle from registration, deposit, trading to retention.
Based on market trends, user behavior, and operational data, you will formulate growth strategies to consistently expand the trading user base, enhance trading activity, and maximize user value.
You will lead the planning and execution of major operational and growth projects, establishing evaluation mechanisms for campaign costs, risks, and ROI, while conducting regular business reviews and strategy optimizations.
Your responsibilities will include managing the operations team through goal decomposition, task allocation, process management, and team development to continuously improve overall delivery efficiency.
You will collaborate with product, technology, marketing, business development, and risk control teams to drive key business initiatives, taking full accountability for operational projects and final business outcomes.

Job Requirements
- 5+ years experience in cryptocurrency/Web3/CEX operations with 3+ years in team management or leadership roles
- Proven CEX platform operation experience, familiar with spot/futures trading and user operations
- Strong business acumen with direct responsibility for core metrics like trading volume and user retention
- Excellent data analysis and strategic planning capabilities
- Effective team management and cross-department collaboration skills
- Deep understanding of crypto market trends and user needs
- Results-driven with strong ownership mentality
- Preferred: Prior experience as CEX Operations Director or successful track record in building operations from scratch
