Job Description
This role is responsible for overseeing project execution, defect management, product testing, and cross-team coordination to ensure high-quality deliverables. The ideal candidate will bridge technical and operational aspects while maintaining clear documentation and proactive monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Track project progress and coordinate development, testing, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery. Develop project plans, monitor task completion, and promptly resolve blockers.
- Defect Tracking: Manage product defect lifecycle (bugs), ensuring timely fixes and deployments. Collaborate with developers to analyze issues and drive resolution.
- Product Testing: Design test cases based on requirements, executing functional, integration, and acceptance testing. Conduct pre-launch validation to ensure quality and stability.
- Communication & Coordination: Maintain efficient communication across product, development, and operations teams. Facilitate technical discussions and retrospectives to drive improvements.
- Document Management: Create and maintain project documentation, test reports, and issue logs. Systematize technical knowledge for team sharing.
- Monitoring & Feedback: Utilize tools like Sentry to analyze production issues, driving continuous optimization.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years experience in technical project management or QA engineering
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams in agile environments
- Strong analytical skills for defect root-cause analysis
- Experience designing test cases and executing regression testing
- Proficiency with project management tools (Jira/Confluence) and monitoring systems
- Excellent documentation skills with technical writing ability
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
Work Environment: Fast-paced setting requiring adaptability to changing priorities. Regular collaboration with global teams may require occasional off-hours coordination.
