Optimize organizational structure design to enhance organizational efficiency; Lead talent inventory, successor plan, and key position talent development projects. 4. Establish a leadership development system to promote the improvement of management capabilities. 5. Improve the full module system and process of recruitment, training, performance, compensation, employee relations, etc., to ensure compliance and effectiveness. 6. Design a compensation and benefits system with market competitiveness to enhance employee satisfaction and retention rates. 7. Lead the HR team, set departmental goals and supervise their implementation, enhance the professional capabilities and business collaboration efficiency of the HR team. 8. Ability to manage employees with diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds. 9. Shaping and disseminating corporate culture, planning employee care activities, and enhancing employees' sense of belonging and engagement. 10. Handle major employee relations issues and prevent labor risks. 11. Provide decision-making basis for management through human resources data analysis, such as turnover rate, personnel efficiency, recruitment costs, etc. 12. Go deep into the business department, understand pain points and provide HR solutions, and promote deep cooperation between business and HR.
