Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning & Implementation: Participate in formulating and executing forward-looking investment strategies for the crypto fund, deeply exploring and utilizing the latest advancements in blockchain technology to advance the company's strategic goals.
• Industry Trend Analysis & Investment Guidance: Proactively identify key industry trends and potential risks, lead the construction of new business models, and prepare research reports to support strategic decision-making.
• Team Leadership & Management: Efficiently lead cross-functional teams (investment, risk management, brand marketing, etc.), ensuring excellent collaboration and business coordination among teams.
• Investment Management: Oversee and manage Web3 project investment decisions and portfolios, monitor the operational status of investment projects, conduct comprehensive risk assessments, and ensure maximum investment returns.

• Proven experience in strategic planning and investment management within the blockchain/crypto industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify industry trends and assess potential risks.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience in leading cross-functional teams.
