Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Manage SSO, idP, user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
• Assist in developing and managing the IT budget, working closely with the finance team to streamline payments.
• Work closely with leadership to contribute to the ongoing development and execution of the overall IT strategy.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for IT systems and processes.
• Ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant team members.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their specific technology needs.
• Evaluate, select, and manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers.
• Configure and maintain SaaS services.
• Establish, measure, and define IT goals and maintain an IT roadmap.
• Manage development projects to integrate new technologies into existing systems.
• Participate in defining and implementing security policies to protect company information and resources.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Handle other IT responsibilities as required.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior IT Engineer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, including SSO, idP, and SaaS services.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and work with finance teams.
• Experience in creating and maintaining IT documentation.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to evaluate and manage IT vendors and service providers.
• Knowledge of security policies and best practices.
• Experience in employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in relevant IT fields (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft).
• Experience in project management and IT roadmap development.
• Familiarity with the latest IT trends and technologies.
