Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Java Developer with expertise in Web3 technologies to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-performance trading systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Development Tasks: Complete assigned development tasks on schedule, delivering high-quality code and comprehensive documentation.
- System Maintenance: Ensure the trading system maintains high stability and availability while continuously optimizing performance and user experience.
- Technical Research: Conduct ongoing research into innovative technologies and share findings with team members.
- Problem Resolution: Diagnose and resolve customer-reported issues to maintain system reliability.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to achieve functional development goals.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field with 5+ years of Java development experience, including at least 2 years in Web3 domains (digital asset trading, blockchain applications).
- Expertise in Java core technologies (collections, concurrency, JVM) and proficiency with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud frameworks, with distributed system development experience.
- Familiarity with Web3 spot trading processes; preference given to candidates with order system, account system, or marketing campaign system development experience.
- Proficiency in MySQL, Redis and other storage middleware with database performance optimization and cache strategy design experience.
- Ability to design high-concurrency, high-availability systems with practical experience handling peak traffic scenarios.
- Familiarity with Git, Jenkins, Docker and other DevOps tools; CI/CD experience preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication and teamwork skills with ability to independently develop core modules.
- Experience developing exchange platforms from scratch is highly desirable.
