Job Description
As a Legal Counsel specializing in judicial and arbitration affairs, you will oversee the comprehensive management of legal matters to ensure business compliance and risk control. Your role involves establishing and maintaining relationships with judicial authorities, arbitration institutions, and law firms to build a robust legal resource network.
You will lead or participate in arbitration cases, including contract disputes, business conflicts, and other legal matters related to exchange operations. Providing legal advice to business teams will be a key responsibility, supporting exchange operations, risk management, compliance, and strategic decision-making.
Additionally, you will monitor global judicial and arbitration trends, offering early warnings and strategic responses to safeguard the company's interests.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage judicial, arbitration, and legal affairs to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
- Communicate and coordinate with judicial authorities, arbitration institutions, and law firms.
- Handle arbitration cases, including contract disputes and business conflicts.
- Provide legal guidance to support exchange operations, risk control, and strategic decisions.
- Track global legal trends and propose proactive strategies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law or a related field.
- 3–5 years of legal experience in exchanges or internet finance.
- Prior arbitration experience with familiarity in arbitration procedures and enforcement.
- Experience liaising with judicial authorities; law firm connections are a plus.
- Knowledge of blockchain and digital asset regulations; understanding of exchange operations.
- Strong communication, cross-department collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
