Listing Operation at MEXC

The position is for a Listing Operations/Listing Assistant (Internship available). The role involves working closely with internal and external product and operations teams to optimize the listing process and strategies, continuously iterating on the listing guidelines. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential market-making and listing risks based on historical data, whitepapers, token economic models, protocol mechanisms, on-chain data, and market capitalization structures, providing foundational analysis. Additionally, the role includes tracking social media and community data to identify trending topics, formulating strategies, and executing them. The candidate will also monitor the market performance of listed tokens and produce structured reports to support decision-making. Lastly, the role involves assisting with daily departmental operations, including report generation, SOP maintenance, and updating confidential documents.

The compensation package includes a base salary plus bonuses. We are also open to hiring interns for the Listing Operations role, provided they have substantial personal trading experience.
