Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily trading activities, including but not limited to buy/sell orders, and monitor market dynamics.
• Analyze market trends, data, and economic events, and use quantitative tools and models to predict market trends.
• Manage transaction risks and ensure compliance with the risk management strategies set by the company.
• Collaborate with the technical team to continuously optimize trading algorithms and tools.
• Prepare trading reports, analyze trading results, and provide feedback and strategy adjustment suggestions to the team.
• Track the latest industry developments and technological innovations to maintain the company's competitive advantage in the industry.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in trading, market analysis, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends.
• Proficiency in quantitative tools and trading algorithms.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast-changing market conditions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in a relevant field.
• Experience with algorithmic trading and programming languages such as Python or R.
• Knowledge of risk management frameworks and compliance regulations.
