Job Description
We are seeking a strategic and dynamic professional to lead Molecule's positioning, branding, and narrative strategy. This role involves close collaboration with product teams to craft compelling stories and drive impactful go-to-market initiatives in the web3 and biotech spaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership & Positioning: Develop and execute Molecule’s positioning, branding, and narrative strategy for upcoming product launches. Work closely with the product team to craft compelling stories for web3 funders and researchers.
- Go-To-Market Strategy & Execution: Create the narrative and GTM strategy for Molecule’s IP protocol. Lead execution of campaigns to build momentum and align with product goals.
- Thought Leadership & Brand Awareness: Establish Molecule as a thought leader in DeSci and biotech. Manage public relations and partnerships to expand Molecule’s presence in key ecosystems.
- Community & Stakeholder Engagement: Foster relationships with the DeSci community, researchers, investors, and key ecosystem partners, ensuring alignment with Molecule’s evolving brand and products.
- Brand Management & Crisis Handling: Oversee brand integrity and navigate sensitive messaging during product launches and challenges.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in strategic branding and narrative development, preferably in web3 or biotech sectors
- Strong track record in go-to-market strategy execution and campaign management
- Demonstrated ability to establish thought leadership and manage public relations
- Excellent relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders including researchers and investors
- Experience in brand management and crisis communication
- Deep understanding of DeSci ecosystem and web3 technologies
- Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working at the intersection of biotechnology and decentralized technologies
- Existing network within the DeSci and web3 funding communities
- Background in scientific research or science communication
