Job Description
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the marketing and growth strategies for our Web3 incubation projects. Your role will encompass strategic planning, team leadership, and execution across multiple channels to ensure successful project launches and sustained growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning & Narrative Development: Collaborate closely with R&D and investment research teams to define project positioning, refine core narratives, and shape branding strategies. Develop comprehensive Go-To-Market (GTM) plans covering the entire project lifecycle from incubation to listing.
- Team Management & System Building: Build and lead a high-performing Web3 marketing team with expertise in content creation, community management, KOL outreach, and growth hacking. Establish standardized marketing SOPs to ensure parallel execution across multiple incubation projects.
- Omni-channel Growth & Execution: Spearhead global KOL and media network expansion to create marketing moats. Design and manage high-conversion campaigns (including airdrops, whitelist programs, trading competitions, and hackathons) to drive community growth and on-chain metrics.
- Cross-functional Collaboration & TGE Execution: Work closely with project managers and listing teams to coordinate pre/post-listing marketing cadence, generate market buzz, and manage expectations. Align marketing initiatives with tokenomics release schedules through close collaboration with research teams.
Job Requirements
- Industry Experience: 5+ years in marketing, growth, or brand management with at least 3 years of direct Web3/crypto experience. Must have successfully led "0 to 1" projects or ecosystem incubations.
- Track Record: Demonstrated experience completing full-cycle pre-listing marketing for at least 2 high-quality Web3 projects. Deep understanding of exchange listing marketing strategies and requirements.
- Resource Network: Established connections with key industry players including top-tier media, Tier 1/2 KOL communities, exchange marketing contacts, blockchain ecosystem leaders, and VC partners.
- Core Competencies: Exceptional content storytelling abilities with strong "internet sense." Deep understanding of meme culture and viral mechanics to capitalize on market trends. Data-driven mindset with ability to optimize strategies based on on-chain metrics and community conversion rates.
- Language & Management: Fluent English proficiency (working language). Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with ability to thrive under pressure.
