Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Content Marketing to lead our content initiatives across various platforms, including blogs, social media, podcasts, videos, and other marketing materials. This role requires a creative and analytical leader who can develop compelling content strategies to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy, including content calendars, to ensure consistent and engaging messaging.
  • Create high-quality technical and non-technical content, such as blog posts, social media updates, and thought leadership pieces.
  • Collaborate with partner networks and customers to establish thought leadership within relevant communities.
  • Work closely with Product and Networks teams to translate technical features into clear, customer-friendly marketing messages.
  • Build and maintain a library of customer-facing content, including user guides, case studies, and sales collateral.
  • Analyze content performance metrics and leverage data-driven insights to refine and optimize content strategies.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally to align product and network launches with content initiatives for seamless execution.
  • Ensure messaging consistency across all marketing channels while tailoring content for diverse target audiences.
  • Drive go-to-market (GTM) execution, ensuring content strategies support broader business objectives.
  • Enhance content distribution strategies to maximize visibility, shareability, and engagement across platforms.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in content marketing, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft engaging content for various audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure content performance and optimize strategies.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, and Sales.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, compelling marketing messages.
  • Familiarity with content distribution strategies and platform-specific best practices.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to align content initiatives with business goals.
  • Excellent project management skills to oversee multiple content projects simultaneously.
